Booking & Payments Policy

At Women Reconnect Global, we value clarity, respect, and ease. This policy is designed to help you understand how bookings, payments, and purchases work, so you can engage with our services confidently and without pressure.Women Reconnect Global also offers books and digital resources (audio materials) to support your personal growth and journey.

Session Booking

  • All sessions must be booked through our website or approved online platform.
  • Once your booking is completed, you will receive a confirmation with your appointment details.
  • We kindly ask that you arrive on time, or if possible, up to 15 minutes early, so we can begin calmly and give you our full attention.
  • Sessions begin and end as scheduled to honour everyone’s time. Late arrivals may result in a shorter session, while still receiving full support during the remaining time.

Free Sessions

  • Complimentary (free) sessions are offered as a one-time support opportunity.
  • If a free session is missed or cancelled, it may not be rebooked immediately. Please contact our team to discuss rescheduling options.

Payments Sessions

  • For follow-up or ongoing sessions, payment is required at the time of booking and must be completed before the session is secured or confirmed.
  • We accept secure payments through Stripe, PayPal, and other alternative  payment providers.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • You may reschedule your session up to 72 hours before your scheduled time.
  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the session may not be eligible for a refund
  • Missed sessions (no-shows) are non-refundable as these times are been reserved specifically for you.

Book & Resource Purchases

  • Payment for books and resources is required at the time of purchase.
  • Digital products are delivered electronically and may include downloadable or online-access materials.
  • Physical books (where applicable) are handled exclusively by our third-party, Amazon, including shipping, delivery, returns, and customer service.

Refunds for Books & Resources

  • Due to the nature of digital content, all digital resource purchases are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
  • Personal outcomes, usage, or emotional experiences related to books or resources are not grounds for refunds.

General Refund Policy

  • Refunds may be considered only for technical issues, duplicate payments, or service-related errors.
  • Refunds are not provided based on personal or emotional responses, or changes of mind after services or content have been delivered.

The work we do is rooted in presence, preparation, and genuine care. These policies help us honour the women we serve, the people supporting this mission, and the sustainability of Women Reconnect Global.
